Commissioning me means you agree to my Terms of ServiceNote: My progress gets slower due to busy schedule from school. I may also experience art block for weeks but always remember that despite my slow progress, I will still complete your commission. Please don’t rush me to keep the quality. Thank you!
PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION POLICIES🌸 Full or half payment is required upfront before I start the commission. Strictly no refund and cancellation.🌸 Prices may increase depending on the complexity of the character or piece.🌸 Clients will shoulder the transaction fee of PayPal.🌸 For commercial use commissions, the price is triple the base price + additional fee. Additional fee includes the transaction fee and the fee for complexity.
USAGE RIGHTS🌷 Non-Commercial Use Art🌸 Commissioned work is strictly for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.🌸 Clients must credit me and include a link to any of my social media accounts when they post/upload the artwork.🌸 Clients who availed non-commercial use cannot reupload my commission with the intent to resell, profit off, or use commercially.
🌷 Commercial Use Art🌸 All terms stated for non-commercial use still apply to commercial use commissions.🌸 Clients will have the rights to use the artwork for profit or on ad-supported sites, including websites that promote products or works.🌸 "Commercial Use" means the image can be used directly or indirectly in marketing and promotion, resulting in monetary gain.

REFERENCES AND REVISIONS🌸 Clients must send references before I send an invoice.🌸 Maximum of 3 major revisions are allowed during the sketch stage only; extra revisions will incur an additional charge unless the revision corrects a detail I missed.
TURNAROUND TIME AND COMMUNICATION🌸 My turnaround time is 1 week to 1 month per artwork, depending on the piece's complexity and my workload from school.🌸 I work on multiple projects simultaneously, as this process helps me maintain productivity and quality. However, I send progress updates regularly and will notify you of any delays to ensure your commission feels prioritized.🌸 Clients cannot use progress photos for any other purposes other than commissioning me, and they cannot edit, alter, or have another artist trace my final work.
COPYRIGHT AND PUBLICATION RIGHTS🌸 I retain the right to post completed artwork on my social media accounts and include it in my portfolio.🌸 Clients cannot upload commissioned artworks to any AI art website or use them in blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and cryptocurrency.
RIGHT TO DECLINE🌸 I reserve the right to decline a commission at my discretion.
